Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Accountant specializing in Full Accounting and Payroll. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with teams to support budgeting and financial forecasting. The Accountant will also assist in audits and provide insights for improving financial processes.
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Time : 9AM to 6 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete accounting cycle (end-to-end accounting)
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Process employee payroll, salary structuring, and payslips
- Handle PF, ESI, and payroll compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and support audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting & payroll ((Must be from IT Company)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll processing
- Hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books is mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling full-cycle accounting independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
