Role Description
This is a full-time exempt position for a Sales Director located in one of our growing territories (Danville, VA, Martinsville, VA, Rustburg, VA or Roanoke, VA). The Sales Director will drive company revenue by overseeing and developing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and managing key client relationships in a Business-to-Business market. They are responsible for setting quotas, forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve financial goals. The Sales Director will oversee and travel to each of four sales territories with a focus on driving revenue growth, implementing consistent strategies across sites, and mentoring FPC's local Sales Representatives.

- Skills in Business Development and strategic growth planning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site in the specified location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous experience in waste management or related industries is a plus
