- 8-12 years experience in finance management
- minimum 4 years in a leadership role in finance preferably in a deep-tech, manufacturing, or capital-intensive company
- Demonstrated experience in leading a Series A or Series B fundraise from preparation through to closing.
- Strong command of financial modelling, investor relations, programme financial control, and enterprise risk management.
- Experience in regulatory compliance
