About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, delivering timely and accurate support in a shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, claims, benefits, leave, and systems.
- Log, track, and resolve cases within SLA; escalate when necessary.
- Maintain HR knowledge base and promote self-service tools (e.g., Workday).
- Identify trends, suggest improvements, and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications
- A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.
- Customer service/ Travel Desk related experiences.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of HR practices. (Preferred)
