About the Job
MR Global Trade & Tech Innovation, operating by MR Global Group, is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and analytical Senior Finance & Investment Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, investment strategy, budgeting, financial reporting, and international financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, investment decisions, corporate financial management, and long-term strategic planning while ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Finance & Investment Department and oversee daily financial operations
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives and international expansion plans
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and business performance reports
• Analyze investment opportunities, financial risks, and return on investment (ROI)
• Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive management
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Manage corporate treasury activities, banking relationships, and working capital
• Prepare financial models, investment proposals, feasibility studies, and business valuation reports
• Coordinate with investors, financial institutions, auditors, government authorities, and business partners
• Ensure compliance with German financial regulations, international accounting standards, and company policies
• Lead and mentor finance professionals while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic investment initiatives when required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• MBA (Finance), CFA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in finance, investment management, corporate finance, or financial leadership
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and risk management
• Experience in international finance, banking, taxation, and corporate governance preferred
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial compliance, and international accounting standards
• Ability to manage multiple financial projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives
• Fluency in English is required. German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates must be ready to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
