Referment is partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed consulting and RegTech business that is delivering large-scale transformation programmes across financial services.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across leading financial institutions, helping shape and deliver complex transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operations, risk, compliance, data, and technology.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working closely with clients, and taking ownership from analysis through to execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting strategic transformation and operating model initiatives
- Analysing business processes, governance structures, and operational challenges
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Working across regulatory, operational, and technology-enabled change programmes
- Translating data and analysis into actionable business recommendations
- Building senior stakeholder relationships across client organisations
- Supporting business development, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives
They’re looking for someone with:
- 2–5 years’ experience in consulting or transformation roles within financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on TOM, business change, or transformation programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A commercial mindset with strong ownership and drive
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
