Responsibilities

Kforce has a publicly traded asset management client that is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting to join their team in Beverly, MA.   • Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
  • Partner with finance, legal, and external auditors
  • Support international statutory and regulatory reporting
  • Maintain financial reporting records across entities
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects
  • Help enhance reporting processes and tools

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2-4+ years of experience, including public accounting (audit preferred; Big 4 a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • CPA preferred (or in progress)
  • Experience with SEC reporting strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Workiva or large ERP systems a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
