JOB PURPOSE
To support and execute daily operational activities related to financing transactions, documentation processing, and administrative control to ensure all operational processes run efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financing Administration
- Process and administer financing applications that have been approved by the Credit Department.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before processing transactions.
- Maintain proper records of financing documents.
Disbursement Processing
- Prepare documentation required for financing disbursement to dealers or suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Ensure the disbursement amount matches the approved financing amount.
Data Entry and System Update
- Input and update customer and financing data into the company’s operational system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments including:
- Sales / Marketing Team for financing application documents.
- Credit Department regarding approval status and credit terms.
- Finance Department regarding disbursement and payment transactions.
- Collection Department for account monitoring and payment status.
Operational Monitoring
- Monitor operational processes to ensure they are completed within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Report operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor for further action.
Reporting
- Prepare operational reports related to financing transactions, document processing status, and disbursement records
- Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational administration, preferably in leasing, banking, or financial services.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational systems
