Join the Affluent Events Team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences for Chase Private Client, JPM Private Client, and JPM Financial Center. As a key contributor, you will help orchestrate high-impact Experiential, Virtual, and Sports & Entertainment events, including the management of exclusive ticketing opportunities. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution, elevating our brand and deepening client relationships across the affluent market.

As a member of the Affluent Events Team, you will collaborate with three lines of business to plan and execute a diverse portfolio of Experiential, Virtual, and Sports & Entertainment events tailored for the Affluent segment. This role also supports the delivery of JPMorgan Financial Center client events, ensuring every experience is flawlessly managed. By overseeing perfectly run client engagements, you will directly enhance investment opportunities for business relationship managers and contribute to the firm's growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively interact with all lines of business to understand market needs and create upscale JPM FC client experiences.
  • Consistently arrange weekly meetings with teams to develop events.
  • Efficiently manage budgets, present business cases for approval, and process invoices for all events.
  • Diligently create invitations and secure approvals through Compliance and Legal channels.
  • Thoroughly research and order branded giveaways for each event.
  • Accurately handle attendee registration using tools like zKipster or the JPMC system; confirm invitees, locations, and room setups; assist with RSVP system development.
  • Reliably travel in advance and be onsite from start to finish, engaging with employees and clients.
  • Carefully ship all materials before and after events.
  • Meticulously keep a detailed calendar of events, run reports, and submit numbers professionally.
  • Systematically compile post-event analysis on attendees, ROI, and new clients.
  • Effectively manage Sports & Entertainment tickets for Affluent Events, coordinate with markets, and work directly with the Central Ticket Office using Concierge Live.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Attention to detail, organized, ability to travel 60% of the time.
  • Proficient on Excel with expertise in Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint – able to create detailed presentations, zKipster.
  • Able to multi-task with Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • 5 Years in the hospitality or events field, financial background a plus.
