Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / management / economics
- Preferable have 1 – 2 years experience in Finance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong teamwork skills
Job Descriptions:
- Review and execute Bank registration process for Head Office.
- Receive and review AMO (Branches) documentation for payment process on firm Banking.
- Prepare estimated payment amounts to be paid according to schedule.
- Process payments and share payment receipts with internal stakeholders
- Prepare for overbook transaction process.
- Review and download daily Balance and monthly Bank Statement.
- Review Bank Account with hard file and do submission for payment from AMO (Branches) and Head Office.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure proper data clearing after transactions
- Reconcile for GL Cash management report.
- Create a listing loan report and summarize AMO logbook cheque.
- Process corporate card request from respective leaders to Bank and maintain cash card for DEPO (branches).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processes.
