I'm partnering with a high-growth healthcare, private equity-backed business looking for a Head of Strategy & Transformation to work directly with the CEO and lead some of the organisation's most important strategic initiatives.
You'll be responsible for shaping strategy, building business cases, driving execution and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
You'll lead work across:
✔️ Growth strategy and new market opportunities
✔️ Business transformation and operating model design
✔️ Technology and digital innovation
✔️ Commercial performance improvement
✔️ M&A support and integration
✔️ Cross-functional strategic programs
The ideal person will likely come from a top-tier management consulting and be looking for the next step into a true operator role. You'll enjoy working in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and building scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.
Healthcare experience isn't essential. Curiosity, commercial thinking and the ability to execute are.
