Base Salary: $250,000–$350,000 (plus bonus)
A high‑growth fintech/SaaS company is seeking a driven, analytically strong Corporate Development leader to drive M&A, strategic initiatives, and long‑term growth planning. This is a high‑visibility role working directly with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end M&A execution with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Build advanced financial models and evaluate acquisition opportunities
- Source and assess targets across fintech, software, and emerging tech
- Translate complex financial/operational data into clear executive materials
- Support CEO and leadership on strategic initiatives and board communication
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years in Investment Banking (M&A/Tech), Private Equity, or Corporate Development
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Deep understanding of SaaS/fintech metrics (NRR, CAC Payback, Rule of 40, etc.)
- Executive presence and ability to operate in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments
