We’re growing quickly and we may have multiple opportunities opening up for the right people to join our team.
We’re looking for experienced Bookkeepers / Accountants with UK practice experience who love working with clients, understand bookkeeping and accounts, and are confident using cloud software's.
We’re one of the fastest-growing accountancy practices locally, and we’re looking for dynamic, personable people who can build great relationships, communicate clearly, solve problems, and bring a bit of energy to the room.
This is not just a “sit quietly in the corner and process invoices” type of role. We want people who enjoy working with clients and being part of a team.
What we’re looking for:
✅ UK accountancy practice experience
✅ Strong bookkeeping and accounts knowledge
✅ Confident with Xero
✅ Experience with FreeAgent would be a bonus
✅ Familiarity with Engager and TaxCalc would be handy
✅ AAT qualified preferred, but not essential for the right experienced person
✅ Great with clients and people
✅ Organised, positive and willing to get stuck in
We’re open to full-time, part-time or flexible arrangements for the right people, and we’re happy to discuss different salary packages depending on experience and fit.
The role would be predominantly office-based, either from our Portsmouth or Gosport office, with the option for a day or two of hybrid working where suitable.
Having a car would be useful, as there may be some work across both offices, but it’s not essential.
