We’re hiring: Head of Global Capital Raising & Strategic Finance

We are tackling one of the world’s biggest unaddressed challenges in legal infrastructure — a problem with beyond-trillion-dollar economic impact, affecting billions of people and businesses globally.
MARV is launching a global AI legal app designed to redefine how agreements, trust, and accountability work in the modern world.
We are currently at:
$20M Pre-Seed Raise
$115M Pre-Money | $135M Post-Money
Breakeven Target: Q3 2028
We are looking for an exceptional senior leader to work closely with our CFO and help lead capital strategy and fundraising across the USA, UK, EU, Asia, and beyond.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support current and future fundraising rounds
- Shape investor strategy, capital positioning, and financial storytelling
- Build and manage relationships with investors, funds, family offices, and strategic capital partners globally
- Partner directly with the CFO on transaction readiness, diligence, and cross-border raise execution
- Help position MARV for long-term global scale
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising, corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, private markets, or strategic finance
- Strong track record supporting or leading capital raises
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and investor ecosystems
- High-conviction operator with strong commercial judgment
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ambition, category-defining environments
