Senior Financial Analyst
Northwest Suburbs of Chicago | Full-Time | In Office (5 Days per Week)

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with leadership to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance initiatives. This role offers excellent visibility across the organization and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results and trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers
- Develop financial models and management reports
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus

Additional Requirements:
- Must currently reside in the Chicago area
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship
- This is a fully in-office position, five days per week
