Responsibilities:
- Manage Quick Books expenses and accurately transform them into detailed spreadsheets to help inform strategic decision-making.
- Perform daily spreadsheet management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee and track property-related expenses for various operating companies.
- Assist with various filings and tax preparations for small operating businesses.
- Reconcile expense reports and manage daily spreadsheets, adhering to existing processes.
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- ?
Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge, including proficiency with pivot tables, functions, and converting PDFs to spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with Quick Books
- Strong critical thinking skills to creatively solve problems while meticulously following established processes.
- Experience in a family office or a small accounting firm dealing with owner-operators and small businesses is considered beneficial.
