About the Role
As Head of Finance, you’ll lead and oversee all financial, administrative and procurement functions across the ZILLIONe Group, ensuring the effective, efficient and professional execution of every related process, and delivering accurate, timely and commercially sound financial outcomes that support sustainable business growth and profitability.
This role extends beyond a single entity and supports group-wide operations, requiring strong leadership across multiple business units and geographies.
This is a senior leadership role with direct exposure to the Chairman and CEO.
The Role Ensures
- High-quality management reporting timely financial statements, performance analysis and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
- Robust financial controls, governance frameworks and procurement practices, with full compliance across all statutory, tax, regulatory and internal-policy requirements
- Excellence in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management and cost control
- Strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties, auditors, tax authorities, financial institutions and key vendors
- The highest standards of integrity, accountability and transparency, with continuous improvement in financial, administrative and procurement processes
What You’ll Do
- Financial Leadership – Lead financial strategy, planning and operations; ensure timely, accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting; drive performance aligned to business goals
- Risk & Mitigation – Monitor financial risks across the business and implement mitigation strategies to protect performance and continuity
- Administration & Team – Lead the Administration function and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with operational priorities
- Service & Excellence – Ensure all financial and administrative activities are executed accurately, efficiently and on time
- Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with leadership, business units and external stakeholders, providing insights that support decision-making
- Governance & Compliance – Uphold financial regulations, internal controls and statutory/audit requirements, while continuously improving policies and processes
What You’ll Bring
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification — Mandatory
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent — Preferred
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles (Head of Finance, Finance Director, or similar)
- Strong track record in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, cash flow management and cost control
- Robust knowledge of financial governance, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience overseeing finance, administration and procurement functions
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Hands-on experience with digital tools, automation and AI-driven workflows
- Experience using Generative AI tools in a professional environment is advantageous
- High integrity, accountability and attention to detail
