Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Supply Chain Finance Manager on behalf of a respected nonprofit organization. This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting the organization’s Finance and Global Supply Chain teams in a hybrid work environment based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational teams to support financial strategy, inventory oversight, and supply chain initiatives. The Manager, Supply Chain Finance plays a key role in managing financial activities related to inventory, merchandise, and supply chain operations while ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes within supply chain operations. Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in executing supply chain transformation and improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a finance business partner to supply chain and logistics leadership
  • Ensure accurate costing, tracking, and reporting of inventory and merchandise accounts
  • Assist in forecasting inventory costs as part of cash flow forecasting activities
  • Support annual inventory planning and budget preparation
  • Provide monthly account reconciliations and financial analyses for inventory and supply chain accounts
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and financial reporting schedules
  • Oversee and reconcile annual physical inventory counts and related reconciliations
  • Maintain and review inventory-related general ledger accounts
  • Support reconciliation and reporting of merchandise inventory accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting
  • Provide mentorship and direction to support staff as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting within a supply chain environment
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Experience with inventory accounting and financial reporting related to supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or fund accounting preferred
  • Experience working with financial systems and database management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems such as NetSuite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation for this role is between $65,000-$90,000 DOE with relocation support available and comprehensive benefits.
