HEAD OF FINANCE | FINANCIAL MANAGER
Gauteng | Confidential Opportunity
An established and growing business is seeking to appoint a commercially minded Head of Finance to partner closely with the Senior Management and leadership team.
This role offers the opportunity to play a meaningful part in shaping business performance, while taking full ownership of the finance function within a dynamic environment.
POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas
- Partner with leadership to support strategic and commercial decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide clear financial insights and performance analysis
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management
- Oversee core finance operations, including cash flow and working capital
- Improve systems, reporting, and operational efficiencies
- Provide oversight into related business functions, including procurement and systems
- Lead and develop a capable and engaged team
- Prepare and present reporting for leadership and board-level discussions
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CA(SA), CIMA, or similar professional qualification advantageous
- Proven experience in a senior, commercially focused finance role
- Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capability
- Experience working with ERP systems and improving reporting environments
- Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at senior level
