Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end chargeback process and recovery
• Build representment playbooks tailored to scenarios
• Oversee card-network compliance and response deadlines
• Ensure fair adjudication for marketplace disputes
• Keep detailed records for audits and reviews
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in disputes management
• Familiarity with chargeback rules and SLAs
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Marketplace experience preferred
