For our finance team in Svilajnac we are looking for a
Project Support Finance & ERP
YOUR TASKS
• Support Finance Management and ERP Key Users in implementing process and system improvements
• Participate in ERP projects, system enhancements, and rollout of new functionalities
• Perform system, process, and user acceptance testing and document test results
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
• Analyze and support the resolution of process and ERP-related issues
• Support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes
• Ensure master data quality and consistency within ERP systems
• Train and support end users on new processes and ERP functionalities
• Coordinate assigned project activities and monitor implementation progress
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments on cross-functional improvement initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in Finance, Controlling, ERP support, or business process improvement is an advantage
• Good understanding of finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Month-End Closing)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process-oriented thinking
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in Serbian and English, German is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
