Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with opportunities to work partially from home. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with financial planning, developing strategies for retirement planning, and advising on investments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing recommendations, and guiding clients on how to achieve both short-term and long-term financial objectives through well-informed advice and planning. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and creating client-centered financial strategies
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments, with the ability to assess market trends and provide sound advice
- Experience in Financial Advisory services and delivering expert recommendations
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or related certification is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and financial software is desirable
