We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our growing Mobility business in Vietnam. This role offers the opportunity to work within a complex international project environment, providing financial leadership, governance, and commercial support to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business outcomes.

As Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity across a major infrastructure project. Working closely with the Commercial Project Director and project leadership team, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, forecasting, compliance, and project controls, ensuring accurate financial performance tracking and effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
You will:
- Support the financial management of a large-scale project through accurate forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure the integrity of project financial data and contribute to achieving project profitability, cash flow, and financial performance targets.
- Coordinate monthly cost planning activities with project stakeholders and maintain accurate project financial records within SAP and other business systems.
- Manage invoicing processes, cash flow forecasting, financial guarantees, bonds, and project securities.
- Prepare and deliver project financial reporting, including management reports, audit support, and performance updates.
- Support commercial, contract, and claim management activities through financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens financial reporting requirements, local accounting standards, internal controls, governance processes, and audit requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering (Finance) or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project controlling, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within complex project environments.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, balance sheet analysis, profit and loss management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Knowledge of IFRS, financial governance, compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Experience working within infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based organisations will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
- Strong capability in Microsoft 365 applications for collaboration, reporting, and analysis.
- Fluent Vietnamese and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
