The Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a senior finance leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and management insights across all companies in the Integrated Retail Portfolio. This role acts as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and territory management teams by translating financial and operational data into forward-looking insights, supporting informed decision-making, performance optimization, and achievement of strategic objectives.
The Senior Manager FP&A leads the development of financial models, rolling forecasts, budget frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance reporting, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence, data visualization, and variance analysis.
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
· Lead the annual budgeting process across the Integrated Retail Portfolio, including assumptions, targets, timelines, and executive review.
· Develop and manage rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
· Partner with territory and operating company leadership to challenge assumptions, align forecasts with business strategy, and improve forecast accuracy.
· Coordinate consolidated portfolio-level planning submissions for executive leadership and Board review.
Performance Management and Variance Analysis
· Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods based on submissions of the Operating Companies
· Perform variance analysis (financial and operational), identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
· Provide clear, concise management commentary and insights to support executive decision-making.
· Monitor Key Performance Indicators and financial metrics to track business performance and trends.
Business Intelligence
· Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics (e.g. Power BI).
· Translate complex financial data into intuitive, actionable visual insights for executive and operational audiences.
· Ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity in all management reporting.
· Partner with key internal stakeholders to enhance data availability, automation, and reporting efficiency
· Review best practices and F&PA software
Financial Modelling
· Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, pricing decisions, and business cases.
· Support strategic reviews, business planning cycles, and ad-hoc analysis requested by executive leadership.
· Provide decision support for growth initiatives, margin improvement, and cost optimization effort.
Process Improvement & FP&A Governance
· Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
· Standardize planning and reporting frameworks across territories and operating companies where appropriate.
· Ensure adherence to internal FP&A standards and best practices.
· Coach and develop FP&A competencies across the portfolio, promoting analytical excellence and business partnership.

Requirements
This position is based in Trinidad and Tobago but will require occasional travel to Caribbean Countries and US States.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
· MBA or postgraduate qualification (preferred)
· Professional accounting designation (ACCA / FCCA or equivalent)
· 5–7 years’ experience in senior FP&A or commercial finance leadership role
