Our client is a highly regarded professional services firm with a market-leading presence within the Investment Funds industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an ETF & Investment Funds Specialist to join their expanding Dublin team.

Who should apply?
This role will suit candidates currently working within ETF Listings, Investment Funds, Fund Registration or Financial Regulation.
- 2–3 years' experience within ETFs, Investment Funds or Financial Regulation
- Understanding of ETF products and investment fund structures
- Experience supporting regulatory or fund-related documentation and project delivery
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a deadline-driven environment
- Proactive approach with a strong client service mindset
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into the Investment Funds team, responsibilities will include:
ETF Project Coordination – Support the delivery of ETF and investment fund projects from initial instruction through to completion.
Documentation Management – Coordinate and review client and regulatory documentation to support project delivery.
Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, legal advisers and internal stakeholders.
Project Delivery – Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
Regulatory Support – Assist with regulatory submissions and monitor developments impacting the investment funds industry.
Process Improvement – Contribute to operational improvements, team initiatives and best practice across the function.
