We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, financial control, and performance analysis across a diversified Pan-European commercial real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information, robust governance, and strategic support to the investment and asset management teams across multiple European jurisdictions

Key Responsibiliti
- esLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process across property, holding, and corporate entitie
- s.Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP requirement
- s.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting for the portfolio and corporate structure
- s.Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes across multiple European jurisdiction
- s.Produce lender, investor, and board reporting, including covenant monitoring and performance analysi
- s.Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, and corporate restructuring activitie

Experience & Qualificati

- t).Significant experience within commercial real estate, property investment, real estate private equity, or fund manageme
- nt.Experience managing financial reporting across multiple European jurisdictio
- ns.Knowledge of real estate operating structures, SPVs, debt financing, and property-level reporti
- ng.Proven experience managing external service providers, auditors, and tax advise
- rs.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skil
- ls.Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management capabiliti
- es.Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple reporting deadlin
- es.Experience with Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar real estate finance systems is advantageo
