We’re partnering with a high-growth global investment platform looking to hire an Equity
Research Analyst to support their expanding Real Estate strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join a business early in its growth curve, offering genuine autonomy, broad exposure, and a seat close to investment decision making.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for deep-dive research and analysis across both listed and unlisted real estate opportunities, working closely with senior investors to generate insights and investment ideas across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis across real estate sectors
- Produce high-quality research on listed REITs and private market opportunities
- Develop investment theses through rigorous investigation and critical thinking
- Monitor market trends, transactions, and macro drivers impacting real estate
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
About You
- 3–8 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Big 4 (Transaction Services/Valuations), or Equity Research
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
- CA or CFA (or working towards) preferred
- Naturally curious with a strong investigative mindset — someone who enjoys asking “why”
- Passion for markets, investing, and real estate
