This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, particularly in the manufacturing sector. You will maintain accurate books, prepare journal entries and invoices, and conduct reconciliations. Your contributions will be vital for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, along with compliance in audits and tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounts for AP, AR, and General Ledger
• Prepare and review invoices, journal entries, and reports
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare basic financial statements and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Background in manufacturing industry preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
