About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Manager (FP&A) to serve as a key finance partner to US-based stakeholders. This role goes beyond routine reporting and requires ownership of comprehensive financial analysis, planning, and decision support across departments. The ideal candidate is experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is comfortable translating financial data into actionable business insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Own monthly budget vs. actual analysis and deliver clear variance narratives by cost center and department.

· Lead quarterly forecasting and actively contribute to annual planning cycles.

· Partner closely with US stakeholders to provide financial visibility and decision support for operational and strategic initiatives.

· Support month-end close by ensuring financial accuracy, accruals alignment, and reporting readiness.

· Manage and review headcount and expense approvals using Workday or similar ERP/HRIS tools.

· Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, capacity planning, and investment decisions.

· Prepare executive-ready financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.

· Provide timely ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership requests.

· Continuously improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial processes.

Qualifications

· 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

· Strong experience with Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A tools.

· Advanced Excel / spreadsheet modeling and financial modeling capability.

· Experience supporting stakeholders in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments.

· Solid understanding of financial statements, accruals, and operating expense management.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage US-based leadership.

· Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.

· Willingness to work US Pacific Time schedule.
