Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s overall operational strategy and execution. This executive role ensures that business operations are aligned with the company’s long-term vision, driving efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across all functions. The COO serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and ensuring consistent delivery across the organization.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing organizational processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between departments such as finance, sales, product, technology, and human resources.
