The Opportunity!
Want to work at the heart of mid‑market deals with both private equity and corporate acquirers? Azets is growing its Corporate Finance – Transaction Services team in London and we’re looking for a Manager to help investors and management teams make better‑informed decisions on every transaction.
In This Role You Will
- Lead buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence for PE funds, portfolio companies and corporate buyers across a range of sectors.
- Work directly with deal teams, CFOs and founders as their trusted adviser on value, risk and upsides.
- Own projects end‑to‑end, coach juniors and have a clear route to Senior Manager and beyond.
What You’ll Bring
- ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) and solid TS/FDD experience in practice or deals.
- A commercial mindset, strong report‑writing skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders on both PE and corporate side.
- A collaborative, down‑to‑earth style that fits our culture.
