The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the CFO will build a modern, data-driven finance organization and serve as a strategic partner across capital allocation, investor relations, acquisitions, and operational decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and investor relations
- Oversee SEC reporting, audits, and public-company governance
- Build forecasting models and Board KPI dashboards
- Lead capital raising, banking relationships, and strategic planning
- Execute financial diligence and integration for acquisitions
- Develop recurring revenue and SaaS metrics infrastructure
- Implement automation and analytics across the finance function
Ideal Background
- Sitting or former CFO of a public, PE-backed, or high-growth technology company
- Strong M&A, capital markets, and investor relations experience
- Deep SaaS and recurring revenue expertise
- Highly analytical and systems-oriented
- Hands-on and comfortable building in lean environments
Compensation
- $300K+ base salary
