The business is experiencing growth as a result of Equity & Advisory’s deep relationships and high profile among business leaders. To support this growth, Equity & Advisory wants to add up to two positions across Analyst / Senior Analyst to the current team. You will support an extensive range of corporate advisory services for principally private businesses across a range of sizes and industries.
You will be responsible for:
· Preparing and reviewing detailed financial models and valuation analysis.
· Drafting selling documents.
· Coordinating and implementing due diligence for those transactions.
· Creating presentations and preparing other reports to assist our clients.
· Liaising with finance, legal and other groups to ensure deal execution.
· Support business development opportunities
To be considered for the role you will need 2-5+ years’ professional working experience in a similar role as an Analyst/Senior Analyst. It is expected that you will have strong financial analysis skills, and preferably modelling, presentation and valuation skills. Ideally you will be experienced in an M&A, Transaction Services, Turnaround, or Business Advisory and have a sound knowledge of the M&A process. You will be a good team player with the ability to set and deliver your own priorities, and work to tight timelines. You will be working with a small team, so flexibility and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will have formal business, accounting, finance or related qualifications ideally with (or working towards) a post graduate CA, CFA or MBA.
