Position Summary:
This role is responsible for achieving sales, market share, growth and profitability targets for assigned brands. Develops marketing plan and brand strategies, responsible for the creation of individual brand and portfolio promotional and communication materials. Understands and analyzes market trends and business potential for the assigned brands. Actively assists the Sales team with product support activities, trains and coaches, the Sales team in product knowledge and selling skills during cycle meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.
- Communicates product vision to the marketing and sales teams to obtain market share for the product.
- Develops marketing strategies, product lifecycle, and marketing plans and align promotional programs for products handled.
- Implements brand strategies as defined in the business plans, working withing the agreed budget and resource allocation.
- Analyzes market and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standards.
- Conceptualize, develop, implement, and monitor marketing and communications plans, programs, and activities in support of the business development, strengthen market positioning and enhance profitability for Getz Pharma.
- Monitor business performance and external environment to deliver business objectives.
- Responsible for sales and inventory forecast planning and monitoring.
- Ensure Sales team is given timely resources and support needed in the field.
- Develop relationships and collaborate closely across business and functions to successfully execute on larger projects and brand plans.
- Interact with Sales team to gain insights on promotional activities for the product. Work closely with the Sales team to develop customer programs in support of the product.
- Maps out product’s strategic goals, priorities, and plans and translate this information to communicate across the organization.
- Create mutually beneficial relationship with KOLs and HCPs and drive high level engagement such as advisory board meeting in collaboration with Medical Affairs to build brand equity.
- Manage relationships with Medical Societies and Advocacy Groups in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
- Strict implementation of the guidelines on the promotion of products as imposed by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the Philippines.
- Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Brand Management and has exposure to Pharmaceutical or FMCG business and working culture.
- Must be familiar with financial modeling and be able to understand, interpret and draw actions based on P&L, ROI and payback period calculations.
- Track record in defending and growing established brands.
