Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting global accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results across multiple accounting areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across domestic and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve journal entries across major accounting areas to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Participate in and help drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Review intercompany transactions and balances; ensure timely and accurate eliminations across global entities
- Analyze and reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies with subsidiaries
- Review inventory-related activity, including inventory, in-transit, and reserves
- Partner with division leaders on financial matters including inventory markdowns and accrued returns
- Review general accounting activities, including account reconciliations and variance analyses
- Support audit processes and provide documentation; assist tax team with schedules and data

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations required
- Experience in inventory and/or cost accounting preferred
- Experience in a multi-entity, global environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems required (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne a plus)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

The pay range for this position is: $135,000 – $155,000 per year.
