Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor:
• Coach and mentor accounting staff supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Provide oversight and ensure accuracy across AP and AR processes
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and close‑related reporting
• Prepare and review trial balance entries and general ledger activity
• Handle intercompany transactions across multiple locations
• Support accounting leadership with reconciliations, analyses, and month‑end close activities
• Support process improvements as the organization continues to expand
Qualifications of the Accounting Supervisor:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience coaching or mentoring accounting team members
• Strong general ledger knowledge and understanding of accounting fundamentals
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000
