Responsibilities
- Develop and define the company’s accounting strategy in alignment with business operations, manufacturing processes, and overall company growth.
- Ensure all financial records and reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights and recommendations to management regarding the company’s financial performance and condition.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee and control financial and operational activities related to asset management and resource utilization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage the financial audit process and ensure the accuracy and readiness of reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the Accounting team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with manufacturing industry exposure, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Experience in financial reporting, including regulatory and management reporting (experience with BI tools is an advantage).
