About the Role
The Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records by managing daily accounting operations in compliance with legal standards. This role focuses on maintaining systematic documentation, performing detailed analytical reviews, and providing essential financial reports to support management decision-making. The ideal candidate will provide critical accounting oversight across various accounts and retail locations to maintain financial transparency and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Documentation: Prepare and process primary and secondary accounting documents, ensuring full compliance with current accounting legislation.
- Record Management: Maintain systematic accounting records to effectively summarize financial information and ensure data integrity.
- Analytical Reporting: Prepare detailed statements, analytical account reports, and trial balances as requested by management or supervisors.
- Compliance & Audit: Conduct ongoing analysis of synthetic accounts and verify the accuracy of records related to payments, receipts, and other financial operations.
- Operational Control: Carry out specialized accounting control activities specifically for the company’s retail locations.
- Information Lifecycle: Classify, sort, and archive all accounting information according to legal requirements for secure storage and easy retrieval.
- Partner Coordination: Act as a point of contact for company partners regarding accounting matters and professional correspondence.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: A University degree in Accounting is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the accounting field.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong command of tax, social security, accounting, and labor legislation.
- Technical Skills: Very good computer literacy and a methodical approach to data management.
- Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
