该职位来源于猎聘 Our Valuations Team provides a complete range of services from business valuation, option valuation, intangible asset valuation and other valuation advisory services. We advise on defining, determining and enhancing business value for our clients when they are considering corporate transactions, capital investments and shareholder value management issues. We bring in-depth knowledge in the following fields: -Financial reporting valuations opinions or advice under US GAAP, local GAAPs, IFRS and other local regulatory requirements -Non-financial reporting valuation opinions or advice of businesses and/or assets
- Advice and/or opinions related to investment appraisals and capital allocation decisions -Advice and/or opinions related to competition regulation and merger economics -Long-term economic reviews and/or projections of markets or industries Responsibilities
- Conduct valuation projects / valuation reviews and other job assignments
- Begin to build an internal network of contacts, e.g., business and community, cross-functional, cross-LoS
- Prepares concise, well written documents using appropriate business and technical language
- Demonstrate behaviors such as teamwork, knowledge sharing, maintaining relationships, living the Firm’s values, etc.
- Participate in project planning, administration and economics, e.g., budgeting, staffing, billing
- Delegate tasks, prioritize and manage assignments of self and others with a focus on completion within budget. Elevates issues for project leadership. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and above
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience in financial analysis / valuation
- Excellent research, financial modelling and financial analytical skills
- CPV/CFA license holder preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team players, able to work effectively under pressure
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential
