We're currently partnering with a global alternative investment platform expanding its real estate investment finance team in New York City. This role sits in the intersection of real estate portfolio finance and investment accounting, supporting performance analysis, portfolio Reporting, and complex investment structures across institutional real estate assets.

Responsibilities
• Investment-level financial performance analysis
• Portfolio and asset-level reporting
• Forecasting and performance tracking across real estate investments
• Waterfall and distribution analysis
• Collaboration with investment, asset management, tax, and valuation teams
• Improving reporting processes and financial transparency
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience public accounting and investment accounting/ finance
• Strong know-how of investment structures and fund economics
• Experience with portfolio analysis, investment reporting, or waterfall calculations
• Expertise in data analytics and reporting
