Key Responsibilities
- Execute LBOs, acquisition financings, high-yield bond issuances, and structured finance transactions
- Build and review financial models, credit analyses, and investment materials
- Support client origination, transaction structuring, and due diligence processes
- Manage relationships with sponsors, corporates, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and oversee transaction deliverables

Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant investment banking, leveraged finance, or structured finance experience
