Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Makati for an Accounting & Finance Associate (Operations Focus).

This role is hands-on and operational, supporting day-to-day financial activities across multiple businesses. You will play a key role in ensuring that financial data is accurate, organized, and reliable, while assisting in reporting and identifying basic financial insights.

You will work closely with management and a senior CPA to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Record and monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash flow across multiple businesses

* Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documents

* Prepare and assist in daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

* Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and digital payments (GCash, transfers, etc.)

* Support payroll tracking and supplier payments

* Assist in inventory and cost monitoring (especially for F&B operations)

* Identify and flag basic discrepancies or irregularities in financial records

* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate reporting

* Assist senior CPA in compliance and documentation requirements

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* 1-4 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Willing to be hands-on and occasionally visit business locations

* Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial data

* Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch businesses is a strong advantage
