Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management
- Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and control across financial processes
- Oversee cash flow, financial health, and resource allocation efficiency
- Drive improvements in finance systems, reporting quality, and process simplification
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory bodies
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving finance, operations, and procurement
Qualifications
- Senior finance leader with experience in complex, multi-entity organizations
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering
- Proven track record in risk management, compliance, and governance
