- Number of years of BA experience (10+ has been the preferred amount of time due to the maturity of soft skills).
- Regulatory.
- End-to-end requirements experience.
- Branch applications.
- Number of years of financial institution experience.
- Other banks.
- Other financial institutions.
- Domain Exp:
The pod will be working on a credit card initiative, so credit card experience will be helpful. - There will be extensive mapping and working with APIs so the role is more technical.
- Number of years of agile experience.
- Cloud migration.
- Database migration.
- Concise answers to a variety of questions.
- Soft skills (leadership and collaboration):
- How they plan an initiative.
- How do they handle unsuccessful outcomes.
- How they get up to speed.
- Technical Depth of their experience:
- Do they have an in-depth understanding of their systems’ ecosystems.
