Vice President of Operations –
Mount St. Mary’s Hospital
Join one of Western New York’s leading healthcare systems as the Vice President of Operations for Mount St. Mary’s Hospital. This executive leader will oversee daily hospital and multi-site operations while partnering closely with physicians, senior leadership, and clinical teams to drive operational excellence, patient experience, financial performance, and strategic growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operations across Mount St. Mary’s Hospital and affiliated locations
- Drive strategic initiatives, operational performance, and service excellence
- Partner with physicians and senior leaders to improve patient care delivery
- Ensure regulatory and Joint Commission compliance
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiencies
- Serve as a key member of the hospital leadership team reporting directly to the Hospital President
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Healthcare operations leadership experience required
- Strong background in physician relations, financial management, and multi-site operations
- Proven ability to lead in a complex healthcare environment
