Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The individual in this position will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of the foundation's vision and mission. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets and financial performance, leading customer service initiatives, and overseeing key projects and timelines. Additionally, the Vice President of Operations will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive operational excellence across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to drive efficiency, growth, and financial success
  • Proven ability in developing and executing Strategic Planning to align with organizational goals and deliver impactful results
  • Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in Customer Service leadership, fostering a positive stakeholder experience
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with nonprofit management or experience in the arts sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
