A high-growth data intelligence company in Central London is looking for a Finance Analyst to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.
The business is currently migrating its commission system and requires support to manage manual commission calculations and reporting for approximately 50 sales staff during the transition. This role will ensure continuity and accuracy while the new system is implemented.
Alongside commission calculations, you will also support sales reporting and other Excel-based analytical projects across the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage commission calculation spreadsheets in Excel
- Ensure accurate calculation and validation of sales commissions
- Support the transition between commission systems
- Produce sales and commission reporting for internal stakeholders
- Assist with additional reporting and analytical projects where required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
- Ability to quickly understand processes and execute them accurately
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
This role is ideally looking to pay a salary of between £40,000 – £60,000 (FTE) dependent on experience.
