Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Asset Management. The Vice President will lead the asset management strategy and oversee investments, maximize returns on managed assets, and drive long-term growth for the organization. Responsibilities include managing property portfolios, analyzing market trends, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual and financial obligations. This role requires strong leadership to oversee and develop a team while collaborating with other departments to align asset management strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Asset Management, Property Management, and Investments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate market trends and performance data.
- Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a remote working environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience in the real estate or housing market is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
