Kennedy Bond is partnered with a fast-scaling, venture-backed health services company rethinking how obesity and cardiometabolic care is delivered in the U.S. This is a business tackling one of the biggest challenges in obesity solution healthcare today: access, cost transparency and long-term outcomes.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic finance leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a clear path to CFO.
- Strategic finance & capital planning
- Investor storytelling & fundraising support
- Financial infrastructure build-out
- Subscription revenue modeling in a complex healthcare environment
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end finance function (FP&A + accounting oversight)
- Investor-grade financial models and board-level insights
- Subscription revenue forecasting (churn, cohorts, unit economics)
- Cash flow, runway, and capital planning
- Financial systems (NetSuite, billing workflows, data integration)
- GAAP-compliant revenue recognition in a healthcare/services model
This is not a traditional Controller role; it requires someone who can build, operate, and communicate at a high level while still getting into the weeds when needed.
Ideal background:
- 10–12+ years across FP&A / strategic finance / accounting
- Experience in health services or subscription-based models
- Strong exposure to fundraising, investor interactions, and financial storytelling
- Proven ability to build financial infrastructure in high-growth environments
- CPA preferred
