Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a Chief Operating Officer. The COO will oversee company operations, develop and implement efficient business strategies, manage budget and financial planning, monitor business performance, and lead operational excellence initiatives. The role involves working closely with the executive team and leveraging analytical skills to optimize processes, ensure profitability, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive organizational efficiency and strategic growth
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting for managing financial resources and creating sustainable financial strategies
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and solving complex operational challenges
- Proven leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration effectively
- Advanced understanding of the unique operational challenges faced by SMEs, with experience in navigating financial complexities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a senior leadership or executive role is strongly preferred
